NE SILC WEST OAKS SCHOOL, OAKWOOD LANE
Rainbow – Access by request only through school.
A unique provision for primary school pupils to attend for 2 weeks, whilst still being part of their school. We continue with the National Curriculum whilst working to develop key areas of need such as; raising self-esteem, exploring feelings and emotions, bullying and social skills. Gold – Access by request only through school.
We offer 4 places for pupils who need extra support to keep them in mainstream school. It is a 5 week programme for pupils who may need that ‘early intervention’ within school to keep them on the right track. PDC – North East Pupil Development Centre

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) – Access by referral only.
Our service provides a range of assessments and therapeutic interventions to promote the emotional and psychological well being of children, young people and their families who live in the Leeds area.
School Nursing Team – Contact your local school or health centre to find out when a member of the team will be available.
Signpost – Access by referral only.
Works with young people aged 9-14 years and their families and can offer a package of support e.g. family support, 1:1 support, parenting programmes. Seacroft. Contact 0113 2143496 for details.
Social Care – Social care can give advice and support on a wide range of children’s needs from babies to older children. Social care has a duty to safeguard children and young people and always hope to do this with the co-operation of families. Contact the Leeds City Council Call Centre on 0845 125411.
Youth Offending Service – Access following referral from courts.
Individual and group work with young people aged 10-17 years who have offended. Contact 0113 247 4142.
